Ansaruddin Alonto Adiong led the launching rights here last Thursday, signaling the official kick-off of Muslim Mindanao Autonomy (MMA) Act 280, which he signed into law in March 2010 as another unprecedented venture in the country’s pursuit for national and international edicts promoting women and children’s welfare.
