400 student leaders to ‘join’ Congress | Inquirer News: "PMC 2014 will run for two days to provide delegates ample time to submit original bills, give speeches in favor or against certain stands, gather support amongst other delegates for the creation of resolutions, and network with other leaders through the various sessions.
Bills that are approved at the committee level will be presented to actual members of the House of Representatives for their insights and possible support while those passed at the plenary level will be presented to both the Philippine Senate and the House of Representatives.
