Ten local artists displayed their talent in sculpture by crafting giant sand images of humans, carabaos and tarsiers among others.
Following the Department of Tourism’s “Pilipinas, Tara Na!” slogan, Porma Balas aimed to boost the tourism industry in Iloilo.
The event was also geared to showcase the Ilonggos' talent in the art."
