Rotaract San Pedro East bags 2011 Asia Pacific Regional Award | The Manila Bulletin Newspaper Online: "The Rotaract Club of San Pedro East, sponsored by the Rotary Club of San Pedro East, RI District 3820 was recently recognized as the Asia Pacific Regional winner for Rotaract Outstanding Projects for its project “GreEnvironment”, March 2011.
The winning project was among the seven outstanding club projects around the world which received the recognition from the Rotary International.
Spearheaded by its current president, Francis Gutierrez, together with their sponsoring Rotary club, the project aims to help solve the wide problem on the conservation of environment through environmental clean-up projects involving a total of 4,000 youth and young adults in and around San Pedro, Laguna."
